The CW canceled "Batwoman" and "Legends of Tomorrow"

Batwoman showrunner Caroline Dries has announced the end of Batwoman. The cancellation was announced a month after the third season aired, and the writing team was trying to get an audience on Twitter to tell the channel that a fourth season was needed.

The series based on DC comics from the very beginning was not a record holder for views. In addition, after the end of the first season, the leading lady, Ruby Rose, left the film crew with a scandal. In her place, they took the black actress Javisia Leslie, and the plot was deliberately ended with a cliffhanger so that the audience demanded more.

The same steps were taken by the authors of the series "Legends of Tomorrow". But it didn't help them either. The story of the series will end in the seventh season.

Rumors that The CW is going to radically revise the Arrowverse universe appeared after it became known about the possible sale of the channel. At the moment, out of the four series of the cycle, only two remain alive: Naomi and Gotham Knights.
