Sony is looking for a person for the position of Senior Director for PC Development

 Sony has posted a vacancy for a Senior Director of PC Development. The future employee will have to communicate with top managers of other departments, determine the strategy for the development of the PC games market, form budgets for ports and promote these projects.

This hardly means that all games from internal Sony studios will definitely receive PC versions in the future. Or, for example, projects will start to come out on PC at the same time as console releases, by analogy with Microsoft's policy. But it's also clear that the company is more than ever interested in the PC and wants to build up an audience as soon as possible.

Recall that Sony acquired the Nixxes studio last year, which specializes in ports. Sony's next PC release will be Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves. The Collection includes the fourth part of the saga and the standalone Lost Legacy add-on.
