Far Cry 6 collaboration with Stranger Things brought 1 million new players to Yara

 Far Cry 6 is an action-adventure first-person shooter game. It was released on 6 October 2021 on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One,  Xbox series X, and series S and on PC. Far Cry 6 is the sixth main installment of the Far Cry series it came after Far cry 5. Far Cry 6 is published by Ubisoft. Far Cry series is mainly popular by its villains and this time game feature Giancarlo Esposito the American actor who is famous for his role as Gustavo Fring in the famous American television series called Breaking Bad.

It's been five months since the Far Cry 6 is released. Far Cry 6 recently collaborates with the drama television series called Stranger Things which is available on Netflix. With the collaboration of Far Cry 6 with Stranger Things, the game brought one million new players to Yara the open-world map of Far Cry 6. 

Ubisoft revealed in a small statistic that the Far Cry 6 crossover with Stranger Things attracted 1 million new players to Yara.

Recall that the crossover with Stranger Things was added to Far Cry 6 on March 24. On the same day, a free weekend started, which made it possible for everyone to try out a new additional mission.

Far Cry 6 is also available on Google Stadia and is free for the subscribers of Ubisoft+.
